Swiss Raclette Cheese

Tonight for dinner I had Swiss Raclette, and it was very very good! Famous in Switzerland as a winter dish, we had it tonight (maybe because i'm here) on a hot summer day outside with the grill thing in the middle and each of us with our own little Raclette tools.
